Platform roles TeachShelf.com provides online teaching and learning infrastructure. Transactions between instructor and learner are direct transaction between both parties.; Platform is not a payment intermediary, doesn't collect or hold funds. Parties responsible for tax declaration and compliance Instructor is responsible for course content and intellectual property of teaching materials.

Paid service plan Paid service packages on the platform are transactions between users and platform operator, already includes VAT and full e-invoice provided as required. User provides invoice details at checkout; If not provided, invoice is issued as non-invoiced purchase.

Transaction Log. Platform logs all transaction history. (occurrence timestamp, QR payment code, processing status) for comparison and disclosure to relevant parties or authorities upon valid request.
