🎓 For students
Full journey from account creation to certification receipt.
1. Create account & Log in
- Open Learner Area & chọn Sign up. Enter full name, email or phone and password.
- Log in with your new account. It saves all enrolled courses, progress and certificates.
- Forgot password? Use the recovery link on the login screen.
2. Find course, enroll & Payment
- Open Course Page, filter by category or search. Open a course to see description, curriculum, instructor and tuition.
- Platform courses — tap register, system shows bank transfer CodeScan with your bank app, transfer the exact amount and Keep transfer details unchanged. system determines. Reading access opens auto once payment is recorded.
- Instructor's Course — transfer directly to instructor account per details on course page (Or receive Activation Code From Instructor)Enter code / wait for instructor approval to join.
- Free course: enroll and start learning immediately, no payment needed.
3. Start Learning & Take Quiz
- After enrollment, open Learner Area → Select Course → Start learning now.
- Learn lesson by lesson: watch video/materials, then Mark Complete to complete progress % increase.
- For Publications quiz: do the quiz, see score instantly. Depending on settings, you can retake to improve.
- Progress auto-saves — exit and return, stay at the same spot.
4. Class Groups & Community
- Class Group (Per Course): from dashboard or course page. 👥 Join Class. This is where you ask, post with images, comment with class and instructor.
- Like: tap 🤍 to like a lesson or comment, tap again to unlike. Heart count shows next to it.
- Store CommunityMany courses from the same instructor share one community — broader discussion beyond one class.
- Instructor's pinned post 📌 always stays on top — usually important announcements, read first.
5. Earn Certificate
- For certified courses, upon completion— 100% Progress (and pass final quiz if any) Will unlock button Get completion certificate.
- Certificate saved in Student Area, viewable anytime and shareable via verified link.
👩🏫 For Instructors
Open store, build courses, earn and grow your community.
1. Open instructor space
- Register as instructor and complete store profile: brand name, avatar, bio, contact channels. (Zalo/Phone).
- Khai Payment Information (bank account) Generate bank transfer code so students can transfer directly.
2. Create course & Content
- Create new course: title, description, cover, tuition (or free), toggle certificate issuance.
- Add sequentially lessons (Video/Publication) Learning sequence
- Add quiz for lessons needing quiz: add questions, answers, passing score.
3. Get Paid & Manage Learners
- Students can pay via Platform bank transfer or Direct bank transfer into your account — depends on your plan settings.
- With direct payment: once received, you Approve Enrollment or assign Activation Code for students to access.
- Track student list, individual progress, and re-grant codes if needed.
4. Build & community moderation
- Post announcement in class group and ghim 📌 important posts stay pinned on top.
- Moderate: remove spam/trash from class group and community.; like to encourage good lessons.
- Use Store Community to gather students from all courses in one place — build brand and retain learners long-term.
5. Issue certificate
- Enable Certificate; students reach 100% auto-receive it. You can view who's been granted it.
🛠️ Troubleshoot common issues
Payment sent but can't access course.
Verify amount and transfer details matches system/instructor requirements. Platform courses usually open auto in minutes; Instructor courses need instructor approval. If it takes too long, keep receipt and contact support at the bottom.
Can't access classroom/community.

Video or lecture won't play.
Reload page, change network (wifi ↔ 4G) or open in another browser. Still broken, tell the instructor in the class group to check lesson content.
Forgot Password
Use recovery link on student login screen.; System sends reset instructions via registered email/phone.
Progress unchanged despite completing lesson.
Remember to tap Mark Complete at the end of each lesson — progress counts marked lessons, not auto-count from opening.

Can I learn on mobile?
Completely. Lectures, quizzes, class groups all optimized for mobile browser — no app needed.
Buy course once, learn forever?
Depends on each course's instructor/platform policy. Access validity details are clearly shown on the course page before you enroll.
Refundable?
Refund policy set by the course seller. (Platform or Instructor) policy. For direct transfer courses, contact the instructor.; with platform lock, contact support at footer.
What's a certificate worth?
Confirm you've completed the course on platform; Certification level depends on instructor and organization behind the course.
