Complete journey from account creation to certification.

1. Create account & sign in

  1. OpenLearner areaand selectSign up. Enter your name, email or phone number and password.
  2. Sign in with your new account. This account stores all your enrolled courses, progress and certificates.
  3. Forgot password? Use the recovery link on the sign-in screen.
๐Ÿ’ก Sign in with the same account on all devices to keep your progress synced.

2. Find course, enroll & pay

  1. Go tocourse page, filter by category or search. Open a course to view description, curriculum, instructor and fees.
  2. Platform coursesโ€” tap enroll, system showsVietQR code. Scan with your banking app, transfer the exact amount andkeep the transfer description unchangedSystem grants access. Learning rights activate automatically upon payment confirmation.
  3. Instructor's courseโ€” Direct transfer to instructor's account per info on course page (or receiveactivation codefrom instructor). Enter code / wait for instructor approval to access.
  4. Free course: Enroll to start immediately, no payment needed.
โš ๏ธ Incorrect transfer details or deleted content is the #1 reason access doesn't open. If you make a mistake, keep the receipt and contact support at the bottom of the page.

3. Learn & take quizzes

  1. After enrolling, openLearner areaโ†’ select course โ†’Start learning.
  2. Learn lesson by lesson: watch videos/materials, thenmark as completeto increase progress %.
  3. For lessons withquiz: take quiz, see score instantly. Depending on settings, you may retake to improve.
  4. Progress saves automatically โ€” exit and return to continue where you left off.

4. Class group & community

  1. Class group(per course): from dashboard or course page, tap๐Ÿ‘ฅ Enter class group. This is where you ask questions, post with images, and comment with classmates and instructors.
  2. Like: tap ๐Ÿค to react to a post or comment, tap again to remove. Like count shows next to it.
  3. Community simpleMultiple courses by the same instructor share one community โ€” a broader space for discussion beyond a single class.
  4. Instructor's pinned post ๐Ÿ“Œ always stays at the top โ€” usually important announcements, read first.
๐Ÿ’ก Only active learners and instructors can join the group โ€” a private space for comfortable Q&A.

5. Receive Certificate

  1. With certificate enabled, completing100%progress (and passing final quiz if any) unlocksReceive completion certificate.
  2. Certificate saved in Learner Area, can view anytime and share via verified link.

Open a store, build courses, earn money & grow your community.

1. Open Instructor Store

  1. Register as instructor and complete store profile: brand name, avatar, bio, contact (Zalo/phone).
  2. Khai payment info(bank account) for VietQR code generation and learner transfers.

2. Create Course & Content

  1. Create course: title, description, cover image, tuition (or free), enable/disable certificate.
  2. Add lessons(videos/materials) in order.Add

3. Get Paid & Manage Learners

Learners can pay via

  2. Moderate: delete spam in the class group and community space; like great posts to encourage.
  3. Usecommunity spaceto gather students from all cohorts in one place โ€” build your brand and retain learners long-term.

5. Issue certificates

  1. Enable certificates for your course; students who reach 100% get them automatically. You can view the list of recipients.

I transferred but can't access the course

Double-check the amount andtransfer detailsmatch what the system or instructor requires. Platform courses usually activate automatically within minutes; instructor courses need manual approval. If it takes too long, keep your receipt and contact support at the bottom of the page.

Can't access the class group or community

The group is only open to active students (enrolled & activated) and instructors. Make sure your course is activated and you're logged into the account you enrolled with.

Video or lecture won't play

Try refreshing the page, switching networks (wifi โ†” 4G), or using a different browser. If it persists, notify your instructor in the class group to check the content.

Forgot password

Use the recovery link on the learner login screen; the system sends reset instructions via registered email/phone.

Progress not increasing despite completing lessons

Remember to clickmark as completeat the end of each lesson โ€” progress counts completed lessons, not just opened ones.

Can I learn on mobile?

Absolutely. Lessons, quizzes, and group work are all optimized for mobile browsers โ€” no app needed.

Do I get lifetime access after purchasing?

It depends on each course's policy set by the instructor/platform. Access duration details are clearly shown on the course page before enrollment.

Is there a refund policy?

Refunds are determined by the course provider (platform or instructor). For direct transfer courses, contact the instructor; for platform courses, contact support at the bottom.

What's the value of the certificate?

It confirms you've completed the course on the platform; recognition level depends on the instructor and organization behind it.

How do I become an instructor?

Platform roles TeachShelf.com provides online teaching and learning infrastructure. Transactions between instructor and learner are direct transaction between both parties.; Platform is not a payment intermediary, doesn't collect or hold funds. Parties responsible for tax declaration and compliance Instructor is responsible for course content and intellectual property of teaching materials.

Paid service plan Paid service packages on the platform are transactions between users and platform operator, already includes VAT and full e-invoice provided as required. User provides invoice details at checkout; If not provided, invoice is issued as non-invoiced purchase.

Transaction Log. Platform logs all transaction history. (occurrence timestamp, QR payment code, processing status) for comparison and disclosure to relevant parties or authorities upon valid request.
